Stockport County Football Club is looking for a casual Kitchen Porter to join their Food & Beverage Team.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
The ideal candidate will:
· Have a minimum of a years’ experience in a similar role.
· Level 1 Food Safety Awards
· Awareness of manual handling techniques
· Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety.
· Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Experience working with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

JOB ROLE:
Guarantee quality and consistency of both preparation and cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
· Maintaining cleanliness, safety and organisation of the kitchen.
· Assist the Head Chef in the food preparation process ensuring high quality.
· Ensure all product preparation is completed to standard to ensure recipe potential is achieved.
· Ensure cleanliness of all working utensils and equipment, ensuring they are maintained to maximize life span to operate to full capacity.
· Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close kitchen to standard.
· Receive daily produce deliveries and checking of quality.
· Ensure all health and safety requirements are adhered to.
