MAIN DUTIES

• Working as part of the kitchen team
• Washing pots , pans, cutlery and glass ware
• Using the dishwasher and glass wash
• Keeping the pan store clean and tidy
• Mopping the floors in the kitchen
• Making sure chemicals, handwash and blue roll are all stocked up and refilled
• Cleaning the kitchen drains and vents within the pot wash area
• Assisting with putting produce away in correct storage areas
