• Previous experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided

THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team. You’ll play a vital role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly
• Keep the kitchen and food preparation areas clean, tidy, and hygienic
• Take out rubbish and keep waste areas organised and sanitary
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as directed by chefs
• Follow all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• Support the wider kitchen team as needed
