EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills would be advantageous
• Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus
• A passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills are essential
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Assist with food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use
• Support chefs during busy service periods by providing additional assistance as required
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Help with stock rotation and inventory management to ensure freshness of ingredients
• Assist in setting up and clearing down the kitchen before and after service
