THE ROLE:

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchens. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a luxury hospitality environment and be part of a passionate, fast-paced team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to high standards
• Ensuring cleanliness of all kitchen and back-of-house areas
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks, when required
• Receiving and storing deliveries safely and efficiently
• Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Managing waste and recycling procedures
