We are looking for a kitchen porter to work 1 - 2 shifts per week, with flexibility across both weekdays and weekend days. The shifts are 10:30am - 5pm with a later start on weekdays. You would be working mainly at our Ellon cafe, AB41 9JB, with the occasional shift at our Udny cafe, AB41 7PQ.
Your main task will be doing the washing up but you will also keep the kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy. You will put away deliveries and during quieter times you may help the chefs by doing basic kitchen tasks such as peeling and preparing vegetables and washing salad leaves.
We are a busy, bistro style cafe with around 25 staff between two sites. Pay is at an hourly rate and you will get a paid break with a free meal on shift and as much incredible coffee as you can handle.
We are looking for someone with at least a year’s work experience, although not necessarily in this field.
