JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic kitchen team on a part time basis of 16hrs per week. This position will include at least 1 weekday shift so IS NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS and will also require 1 weekend shift so applicants must be flexible.
The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting chefs in their daily tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.

SKILLS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not essential.
  • Basic cooking skills and understanding of food preparation techniques.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
