ABOUT THE ROLE:

Your main responsibility will be to ensure all kitchen cleanliness and assist with general food preparation. We have a dedicated brigade of kitchen porter’s so we are seeking people with excellent, hard-working attitudes.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Washing dishes, pots, and the provision of the required equipment in the kitchen.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas including walls, fridges, floors, racks, and anything else required by the chefs.
• Assisting chefs with basic food preparation.
• Following all Company and Statutory Fire, Health, Safety, and Hygiene Regulations.
• Responsibility for the security and safe handling of all equipment used.
• Carrying out any other duties set by Senior Chefs in the kitchen.
