THE ROLE

As Kitchen Porter, you will be the heartbeat of the kitchen, helping to keep it clean, organised, and running smoothly. You’ll support the chefs by maintaining hygiene standards, washing dishes, and handling deliveries – ensuring everything is in place for a first-class culinary experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
• Ensuring the pot wash area is always kept clean and tidy.
• Assisting with basic food preparation when required.
• Managing waste disposal in line with recycling and sustainability standards.
• Supporting the kitchen team with deliveries and stock organisation.
• Always following health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
