• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by Head & Sous Chef
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly
• Help with the delivery and storage of supplies and ingredients
• Support chefs during service by providing necessary items promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of kitchen supplies and report shortages
