KEY SKILLS:

• Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
• Accpting deliveries and proper storage and rotation of stock
• Excellent customer service skills
• Great team player
• Be able to help the chefs with some food prep
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness at all times
• Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment to include coffee machines & ice cream machine
• Clean allocated pieces of heavy catering equipment using instructions and cleaning materials including air filter and extraction systems.
• Operate industrial dishwasher
• To assist in the delivery and cleaning of hospitality & functions

KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES:

• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
