Responsibilities:

Core Duties:

  • Dishwashing: Washing and sanitising all kitchenware, including pots, pans, cutlery, and dishes
  • Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, equipment, and food preparation areas
  • Food Preparation: Assisting with basic food preparation tasks like peeling, chopping, and washing vegetables
  • Inventory Management: Helping with the receiving and storage of food and kitchen supplies, and keeping storage areas organised
  • Waste Management: Emptying bins and ensuring proper disposal of kitchen waste
  • Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment like ovens, grills, and sinks

Requirements of the role:

  • Must be available to work any 4/5 days over a 7 day working week including bank holidays
  • Permission to work in Ireland
  • Team player, positive attitude
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, not essential
