We are seeking an additional member of staff to work as a kitchen porter assisting our team in our busy New Leaf Cafe. The ideal candidate will be keen to work hard as part of the team to achieve maintain the highest standards of preparation and presentation.
Key duties would include:
Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher
Helping to clean the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of it properly
Assisting the chefs with food preparation
For the right candidate there is the opportunity to gain skills and experience towards becoming a chef de partie.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
