• Culinary knowledge of a wide array of cuisines and ingredients
• Excellent hospitality skills
• Competence in both oral and written English to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Solution-oriented problem solver
• Team management
• Customer centric

Kitchen operations

• Perform dishwashing, drying, and storing dishes, glassware, etc.
• Clean production areas and facilities dedicated to food service (utensils, cold storage, floors, etc.)
• Maintain the workstation
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Assist in the kitchen with food preparation (peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients, …)
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure the breakfast and lunch service times go smoothly
• Always maintain the cleanliness and hygiene

Food & Safety

• Follow hygiene and food safety regulations
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Understand the importance of CAYG (Clean As You Go)
• Support the Chef with records keeping

Stock Management

• Handle the reception, inspection, and storage of goods in the storage areas
• Participate in inventory management
• Be the point of contact during all deliveries and waste management
