Inovata Foods Corp. is looking for a full-time production associate to partner with us as we bring families and friends together through offering wholesome and convenient meals. The role is located in our Tillsonburg, Ontario facility. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of wholesome control brand frozen meals for many of North America’s largest retailers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment, particularly in cooking, is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Solid numerical aptitude with the ability to perform mathematical calculations and convert units of measurement confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support others.

• Carries out tasks as directed by the department supervisor.
• Operates equipment to grind meat and cheese according to production requirements.
• Weighs and prepares ingredients—up to 100 lbs.
• Provides relief support to line personnel as needed.
• Assists other departments when required to ensure smooth operations.
• Immediately reports any safety hazards, mechanical issues, or material concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adheres to all company food safety protocols, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), to ensure the highest product quality for our customers.
