ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Our Kitchen staff is responsible for making delicious dishes to be served to our guests. Enjoy cooking the Sahm’s staples as well as an ever-rotating menu. In the Kitchen you will be focused on: * Follow recipe specifications to ensure the taste of each dish remains consistent. * Maintain a clean kitchen and know safety food standards. * The ability to work with various kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, and stove tops. * Ensure your workspace stays fully stocked at the start of your shift and help put away at the end of each day. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS * Communicate with the kitchen team. * Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift and lift 50lbs. * At least 16 years of age. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED SKILLS * Previous experience cooking in a Kitchen * Highschool Diploma or GED BENEFITS Fulltime employees will be eligible for medical, vision, and dental benefits as well as Paid Time Off.
