CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in kitchen or interior design, or a similar consultative sales role
  • Competence in CAD design software (training will be provided where necessary)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture
  • Professional, well-organised and confident under pressure
Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers and trade clients, both in the showroom and remotely
  • Create detailed, bespoke kitchen designs using industry-leading CAD software, tailored to individual needs and specifications
  • Take ownership of the full sales process, from enquiry through to order placement and follow-up
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, ensuring displays are current and reflective of product ranges
  • Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent service
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across design, stock, and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment and customer satisfaction
