Bloomsbury Court Interiors Limited is a small business and will be opening a new showroom in Palmers Green, London. We are professional, and our goal is to design great kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively sell the benefits of the proposed kitchen designs to clients
• Knowledge of current market trends in kitchen design and materials
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for creating detailed kitchen designs
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends
  -Premium kitchen/interior design background with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Meet and greet all showroom visitors, discussing needs and requirements, promoting all product ranges and services
  Note: The Sales Designer is expected to bring in new leads and enquiries to the business.
  A basic salary and an additional commission incentive depending on experience.

• Organising work load and admin
• Meet with clients to discuss their kitchen design needs and preferences
• Use basic math skills to accurately measure and calculate dimensions for kitchen layouts
• Create detailed kitchen designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with clients to select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures for their kitchen design
• Provide guidance and recommendations on kitchen layout, functionality, and storage solutions
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including 3D renderings and cost estimates
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of kitchen components
• Maintain organized records of client projects, including design plans, specifications, and correspondence
