About Us: As part of our exciting growth, including a major TV campaign on STV and the launch of our new mega showroom in Edinburgh, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Sales Designers in Glenrothes and Edinburgh. This role will involve working with showroom leads to design stunning kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms for our clients.
Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Designers with a strong background in kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom design and experience in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire design process, from initial consultation and design and closing the sale. You will work closely with customers to bring their visions to life, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Proven experience in kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software and basic computer skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
• Sale Target: Be motivated to achieve a sales target every month (targets are set with a bonus structure). Experience in Sales for Kitchens and Bathrooms essential. Able to work with customers to sell Creative Homes products.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Driving License: Full UK driving license is required for commuting to customer sites.

• Design Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the design process.
• Design Creation: Utilize design software to create bespoke kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom layouts that meet client specifications and exceed expectations.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial consultation to project completion
• Showroom Leads: Work with showroom leads generated from our TV campaign and showroom visitors to convert inquiries into successful sales.
