REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven track record in kitchen sales or a related home interiors sales environment.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to read and understand kitchen plans and design layouts.
  • Confident negotiator with excellent closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Full UK driving licence (EV company car provided).
  • Within commuting distance of B60 3DR (Bromsgrove).
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Kitchen Sales Manager to join our team near Bromsgrove. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving kitchen sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and convert kitchen sales leads through proactive customer engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on kitchen designs, layouts, and product ranges to meet client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including quotations, pricing, and order processing.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering excellent service at every stage.
  • Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team (if applicable) to achieve performance goals.
