As a Kitchen Services Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and stewarding operations, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly. Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

Provide clear instructions, hands-on training, and ongoing support to the kitchen services team
Act as the key contact between Kitchen Services and the Sous Chef or Executive Chef to ensure smooth and efficient service
Oversee the cleaning and sanitising of all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and glassware. Ensure items are returned to the correct location promptly and in excellent condition
Take the lead on heavy-duty cleaning and ensure all kitchen areas meet the highest hygiene and safety standards
Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and promptly report any hazards or faults
Ensure food safety and cleaning records are completed accurately and kept up to date
Work closely with the Operations team to fulfil equipment requisitions for events and functions
Supervise team members to ensure duties are completed efficiently, safely, and to standard
Manage the safe handling, storage, and distribution of kitchen equipment and supplies
Support food preparation and kitchen clean-up as required
Receive and correctly store food deliveries in line with hygiene standards
