Description:

Kitchen Collection is a kitchen retailer supplying kitchens through our luxury showroom to the public and trade customers on a national basis.
Based at our premises in Romsey we have a requirement for a kitchen sales advisor/administrator to join our expanding company.
This is a varied highly responsible role that would only suit someone who thrives under pressure, has a very high attention to detail, is organized in their work and comfortable juggling multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of Kitchen design -The ability to interpret kitchen design plans confidently whilst applying a natural ability for extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – A natural communicator completely confident dealing with people from all walks of life, face to face in the showroom or by phone and email. Articulate verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding customer service skills - taking ownership of customer issues with an empathetic and time managed approach.
  • Highly proficient I.T skills - notably of all Internet browsers, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Photo Shop/Canva/Articad etc. Experience of maintaining in-house computer data systems an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task - with shifting priorities.
  • Able to thrive under pressure - using your own initiative to maintain exacting deadlines, prioritising in an efficient, time managed organised approach.
  • Very strong work ethic - happy to manage own workload without being micro-managed in a small friendly team within a non-smoking environment.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for kitchen customers in the showroom and on phone/email.
  • Preparing accurate kitchen quotations based on the designs we have provided customers.
  • Assisting with creating customer kitchen designs.
  • Carry out regular follow up calls to quoted customers.
  • Assisting with placing and scheduling of customer orders and deliveries using in-house data systems.
  • Assisting with liaising directly with suppliers to ensure delivery schedules and remedial issue resolutions are resolved on time.
  • Maintenance and development of the showroom.
  • Assisting with checking supplier acknowledgements prior to sign off.
  • Providing after-sales customer support and remedial resolutions.
