BARTENDERS

We’re looking for friendly and experienced bartenders who love crafting delicious cocktails and engaging with customers in a laid-back, island setting. If you’re passionate about providing excellent service and have a flair for mixing drinks, we’d love to have you on board!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a bar environment (cocktail experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or willingness to obtain)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous kitchen hand or dishwashing experience preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

CHEFS

We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about food, creativity, and working in a coastal setting. You’ll be crafting delicious dishes using the freshest local ingredients in a fun and fast-paced kitchen environment. Bring your culinary skills and ideas to the table!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure situations
• Passion for cooking with fresh, local ingredients
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred)
