As a key part of our kitchen staff, you’ll help deliver high-quality meals and outstanding service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred
• Valid food handler’s certificate
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Interest in learning Japanese is a big plus!

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Assist with food prep and ensure timely meal production
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including proper food storage
• Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Handle food items safely, including proper storage and disposal
• Support the team with a positive attitude during food prep and service
