Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible shifts between 6:00am – 8:00pm, Monday – Sunday)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our busy back-of-house team. You’ll play a key part in preparing fresh breakfasts, lunches, and pre-packaged food items like sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and assemble fresh breakfasts, lunch items, and grab-and-go products to spec
• Follow daily prep routines, ensuring all items are ready for service and display
• Assist with baking, sandwich prepping, and cooking light menu items
• Maintain high food hygiene standards at all times
• Monitor stock levels and alert the Kitchen Team Leader when running low
• Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards
• Support with cleaning schedules, deliveries, and general kitchen duties
• Work closely with the Front of House team to ensure smooth service
