OVERVIEW

We are seeking Kitchen Help who can also fill in as an Early Childhood Educator.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a larger kitchen preparing pre made lunches and preparing breakfast and snacks. We would also need you to cover staff breaks and be willing to step into a classroom if needed.

SKILLS

  • Alberta Food Safety Certification (free Alberta Health Services online course)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and how to safely prepare food for children.
  • Clean and neat with organizational skills
  • Ability to wash dishes, tidy kitchen, food inventory, take food temperatures and follow all Alberta Health Services guidelines for food handling.
  • Familiar with the Canada Food Guide.
  • Experience with children in a child care setting.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
