JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food and service to our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to meal preparation, food safety, and overall kitchen operations. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Latin American cuisine preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and meal preparation processes.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and handling procedures.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Spanish speaking will be considered and asset.
