JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Staff member to join our team. As a Kitchen Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your role will be essential in delivering high-quality meals while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Experience:

• Kitchen: 2 years (preferred

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing work areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.
• Support chefs and other kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food to prevent contamination.
• Dispose of waste and clean kitchen equipment as per company guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.
  Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from senior kitchen staff.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (training can be provided).
  -Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when needed.
  -Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to speak Farsi or Dari
