Shiki is a small family owned Japanese Restaurant. We’ve been here in Norwich for 21 years. Serving high quality authentic Japanese food from Otsumami (Japanese tapas) to Sushi with wine and sake. We are looking for Kitchen Team Members.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
