QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is an advantage.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a busy kitchen setting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages to the management team.
