Job Description This is an entry level position with an opportunity to be part of something bigger. As a Kitchen Hand in our Stewarding team, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and be passionate about giving guests an exceptional experience. What you'll be doing: Work with a team to clean kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes from our conferencing, events, restaurant and kitchen operations Operate industrial kitchen cleaning equipment Clean, sanitise and tidy work areas regularly Distribute equipment throughout the hotel using trolleys Sort, stack and tidy shelves and kitchen areas. Qualifications You'll excel in this role if you have: Availability to work on the weekends and at night time Organised and methodical A team player with a positive attitude Understanding of food safety and hygiene Pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, pushing and pulling.
