As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will join our illustrious team and elevate our brand to new heights. Job Description Reporting to the Executive Chef, we are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Steward to join our dynamic team. The Kitchen Steward is a key role within our culinary team, working closely together to ensure our kitchens are organised and clean, ready to deliver to our guests. In this role you will - Rinse dirty crockery and cutlery, stack in the dishwasher, unload and put away Wash pots by hand Ensure that all F&B outlets are provided with clean and sanitised operating equipment Use correct handling techniques to transport and store food items Wipe down benches Sweep and mop floors Qualifications Motivated & committed to work with our passionate team Commercial dishwashing experience (desirable) Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment An understanding on stock management and general kitchen cleaning skills Adhere to safe work practices Strong communication skills Have a good work ethic and be a team player with a flexible attitude The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
