The JOB: As a Steward you are the backbone of the kitchen. Working in our new, world class kitchen, you clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain storage areas in a clean and orderly manner. You clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans in the hotel. We couldn’t be our best without you! PM shifts are available and a flexible work schedule is required.
