Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Wash kitchen and dining utensils Assist in the general cleanliness of areas such as the kitchen and restaurant outlet Preparation and operation of dishwashing equipment Empty and dispose trash at designated area Any other duties as required Job Requirements: Experience in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not required) Ability to operate industrial dishwashers and maintain hygiene standards Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg safely as part of normal duties Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness procedures Team player
Responsibilities
The Kitchen Steward is responsible for washing kitchen and dining utensils, assisting in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and restaurant, and operating dishwashing equipment. Additional duties include emptying trash and performing any other tasks as required.
