• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
• Ensure WHS compliance by conducting temperature and quality checks and managing cross-contamination
• Support kitchen staff in maintaining an organised and efficient workspace
• Perform hands-on cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and waste management
• Show flexibility in working various shifts over a 7-day roster
