KITCHEN STEWARD / PORTER | €14.35 per hour plus tips All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. As a Kitchen Steward / Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team dispose of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash up areas. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager such as, sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery. The successful candidate must: Be able to work under pressure Have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team Have good communication skills Adhere to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all times Please note that to apply for a role with us, you must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Longford Forest, as it is not easily accessible by public transport. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Straight shifts, 120 hours per 4-week period Straight shifts, 60 hours per 4-week period Please state your desired contracted hours from the options above under the suitability section of your application form. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday.
