Job Description This position is 100% Travel Task Force. 12 to 12 16 Week Rotations. Pay is up to $19 per hour plus OT. We pay all travel. Must live in employee housing. Will have roommate. Rent is $112 Per Week Payroll deducted. One free meal per shift worked. Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor Job Duties Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform and following company Dress Code policy Participate with monthly inventory Record breakage daily Contributes to the profitability and effective operation by controlling china, glass, silver and equipment on a daily basis. Ensure all equipment is pulled and set up for each event Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen equipment and back of the house areas Help with training for new hires Conduct daily kitchen inspection to ensure areas meet or exceeds Health Department Rules/Regulations Monitor Issue and control all ware washing, cleaning supplies Generally responsible for the sanitation and day to day operation when Supervisor or Manager is not present. Responsibilities
The Kitchen Steward Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and back of house areas. They also oversee daily operations and training of new hires when the Supervisor or Manager is not present.
