Responsible for supervising and coordinating the tasks of all Stewarding Employees. General responsibilities include shift leader duties, ensuring all kitchen facilities and operating equipment are properly and efficiently handled, waste is properly disposed of, department training and assistance with inventory control. A little taste of your day-to-day: * Ensure all soiled dishes, pots, etc. are constantly cleaned to avoid pileup. * Oversee the proper handling of all food waste, rubbish and recyclables. * Ensure the strictest guidelines for food safety and handling are practiced. * Coordinate the tasks of Stewards for each shift. * Ensure all cleaned items are properly stored. Responsibilities
