REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience in food handling and preparation
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment
• Assist with portion control and inventory management
• Safely operate kitchen equipment such as slicers and ovens
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house areas
• Support Good Food team with menu planning and preparation
