Manage stock rotation, control procedures, and order necessary foods according to proposed business demands. Liaise with Restaurant employees regarding menu availability, additions, and relevant changes. Supervise and co-ordinate the work of kitchen staff in food preparation and production, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support the professional development of kitchen staff members. Maintain all working areas, equipment, and facilities to the highest standards, reporting any issues to management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations Proficiency in food preparation techniques and menu planning Demonstrated ability to manage stock control, inventory, and cost margins effectively Communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with the ability to mentor kitchen staff and maintain attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst leading by example and maintaining quality standards If you feel you are the right candidate for the role as our Kitchen Team Member, please click 'apply' now!
