JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to Luxe Bites’ high standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of kitchen staff, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all products meet Luxe Bites’ exceptional presentation and flavor expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a kitchen supervisory or management role, preferably in catering or high-volume food production.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards, inventory management, and team leadership.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
