We are seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Supervisor / Breakfast Chef to join our healthcare food services team. This role is ideal for an early riser 4:00 AM start who takes pride in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals and maintaining excellent kitchen standards in a healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast meals to a high standard for patients Supervise morning kitchen operations and support kitchen staff Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health regulations are always followed Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen management Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment Requirements Previous experience as a Senior chef or a Kitchen Supervisor 5+ years’ experience in large volume food production in a kitchen production unit Experience working in healthcare, aged care, or high-volume kitchens preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Ability to lead a large team and work independently Reliable and punctual with the ability to start at 4:00 AM Good communication and organisational skills What We Offer/ Why work at St Vincets?
