Description

Could this job BE any more perfect for you?
We’re looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to be the Monica Geller of our kitchen crew! Are you someone who loves an impeccably clean kitchen and can whip up a delicious meal for a crowd? Do you have the leadership skills to keep a team on track, even during a chaotic lunch rush that feels like a trip to Ross’s apartment on a moving day? If so, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What you’ll do

  • Supervise the kitchen staff—you’ll be the lead chef, the captain, and the heart of the team, making sure everyone is working together like a perfectly synced fountain dance.
  • Help plan new menu items—think of yourself as a culinary Phoebe Buffay, bringing unique and exciting ideas to the table, just maybe without the “Smelly Cat” lyrics.
  • Keep everything running smoothly, from food prep to cooking, making sure every dish is a “10” and always keeping an eye on our kitchen’s hygiene—we don’t want any “unagi” surprises.
  • Manage schedules and make sure we have the right team on hand, because a well-staffed kitchen is a happy kitchen.
  • Train and mentor our staff—we’re looking for someone to help our team grow, just like Joey grew to love fancy food.
  • Watch inventory levels—you’ll be the Chandler of the group, always keeping a sharp eye on what we have and what we need.
  • Build a positive work environment—because we believe a kitchen should be a place where everyone feels like they’re part of a tight-knit “Friends” group.

What you’ll need

  • Experience in a kitchen or food industry supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership skills that inspire and motivate the team.
  • Knowledge of menu planning and food costing.
  • Excellent cooking skills—a real Rachel Green in the kitchen (post-coffee shop, of course).
  • The ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills - conversational Spanish is a plus!
  • Experience with shift management, especially during peak service times.

Ready to play a pivotal role in creating memorable culinary experiences for our guests? We’re excited to hear from you!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In perso
