The Supervisor is responsible for the daily preparation of food items as well as execution on the grill, fryer, and garnish stations as well as any other areas of the kitchen. The Supervisor will support the Chef and Sous Chef and will coordinate all direct supervision of all kitchen positions. The Supervisor should be able to step into the role of the Sous Chef in the Sous Chef’s absence.
