Chudleigh’s Apple Farm Is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our team for the summer and fall season! Availability: Now until November 4th Must be available weekends and Holidays!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Has held a kitchen supervisor position in a casual to medium end restaurant
  • Prior experience in high volume restaurants
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality management is a plus
  • Must possess strong leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage staff at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic and positive
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and good stress management
Responsibilities
  • Ability to lead fast pace and high-volume lunch and dinners
  • Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.
  • Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.
  • Train kitchen employees in designated stations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.
  • Store all food products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized.
