JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the culinary field, preferably in fine dining or catering environments.
  • Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management.
  • Experience with inventory management and control processes.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Culinary experience or formal culinary education is preferred.
