You’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining high service and food quality standards, and ensuring that the guest experience is consistently positive. This is a key leadership role for someone who’s comfortable jumping in wherever needed, solving problems on the fly, and keeping the energy high in both guest-facing and kitchen areas. Requirements Key Responsibilities Supervise all BOH activity during shifts Provide hands-on support at the counter, expo, kitchen line, and dish station as needed Ensure food is prepped, cooked, and served to standard and on time Oversee cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all areas Communicate inventory needs and shift issues to management Coach and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment Handle guest concerns quickly and professionally Lock up and complete end-of-shift reporting when closing Qualifications Must be 18+ and eligible to serve alcohol in Michigan Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role in a restaurant setting Strong understanding of BOH operations Comfortable managing staff, and kitchen flow simultaneously Excellent communicator, problem solver, and team motivator Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Perks Competitive hourly wage Flexible scheduling shift meals and employee discounts Leadership development and growth opportunities A fun, collaborative work culture
