Position: Kitchen Supervisor
Pay: £13.75-£14 per hour
Hours: 40-45h.
Shift Pattern: Morning or evening shifts that range between 8-9h. We take your preference on shift timings into account, offer rotating weekends and can accommodate fixed days off.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Leading and inspiring your crew, making sure everyone’s learning, growing and giving their best.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Running food service on the grill, coordinating prep and ensuring high quality throughout.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure consistent service.
  • Coaching your team with constructive feedback, regular check-ins, and a high-five when it’s earned.
  • Creating a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and communication among kitchen staff.
  • Address any issues or concerns that arise in the kitchen promptly and effectively.
