Great American Restaurants is looking for energetic and passionate leaders of kitchen operations who are masterful coaches for leading food excellence and act as a liaison between the staff and management team. Desired Skills and Experience: * 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurant kitchens * Passion for food and hospitality * Strong leadership qualities * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Culinary degree preferred Great American Restaurants owns and operates 14 high volume restaurants, 3 artisan bakeries, and a BBQ spot in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations with a hands-on approach and manage the window to ensure outstanding service. Act as a liaison between staff and management while maintaining high food quality through recipe knowledge and line checks.
