Seeking a motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Kitchen Leader for Chick-fil-A Green Mountain. Kitchen Ops Managers, uphold quality and safety standards, and foster a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to manage kitchen operations, food prep, and assembly.
  • Lead, coach and mentor kitchen staff.
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with front-of-house team.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff.

Qualifications:

  • Prior kitchen leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
